Forgive me for sounding a bit morbid but.....

Interesting. Not quite as overt as safeway but here in Canada, retail employers have been known for keeping full time legal firms on staff year round to make sure injured workers don't receive compensation.
These dregs of the legal world don't seem to have any problem lying, cheating (personal experience) or whatever it takes to get the job done for boss money. For whatever reason when it comes to WorkSafe programs and it's administrators, if an employer's submission has a legal letterhead, the validity of it's content doesn't matter. The onus is then on the injured worker to dispel the bullshit. I'm not at all surprised, I've met very few corporate and legal minions with functioning brains, let alone one of their own. I just read that The Rev. Pat Robertson is now saying that Haiti was cursed because they made a pack with the Devil to free them from French rule. Say fucking What, This guy is and has been another mental midget and since Haiti is 80 percent Catholic and Dark Skinned, should I now dare say that he is a huge Racist and religious Biggot like many other fine holy rollers who tend to hide behind their bible or koran while fucking over human kind every step of the way? It isn't so much throwing in the towel, far from it. I just want to see justice for the oppressed to prevail in a massive way but I just don't see it happening. But I haven't given up all hope. Not by a long shot! I figure sooner or later the little people will be vindicated and the phony and the mighty will fall.
