Should the Consumers Union be asked to do a report on unions?

Do people really need a union rating? It's fairly straight forward IMO: membership is declining at breakneck speed. They have a "bottom feeder" reputation. Members wages and benefits are going backwards. (in more than one instance union wages fall below minimum).
