Purely amazing what a buck can buy an employer if they shop ufcw. The raises are a pittance, hardly any kind of break thru. I have to guess they were/are incentive enough for the partners (ufcw and employers) to get the rest of the crap inked without people noticing or taking slight at the abundance of personal freedom giveaways.

Small sampling:

Of course "reasonable" ultimately falls to conveniently selected in-house arbitrators who make their living keeping unions and employers content.

There's little doubt in my mind that information was withheld - people were tricked, manipulated, and taken advantage of.
