Just curious but has anyone else thought about utilizing a wiki? I know Matt Noyes made note of it's collaborative design here. Of course the free wikis are dished out by Wikia, Inc., and if the proposed wiki ideas aren't seen as broad enough to draw a good size community, they aren't giving it up! Here is their wikia creation policy. And here is their start a wiki page.

If a group's idea for a wiki doesn't meet Wikia's standards for free hosting, I think they do provide a Scratchpad Wiki for smaller collaborative projects.
