Weren't the tories pushing for some kind of seize the property now, ask questions later legislation awhile back - did it come to pass? There's certainly an undeniable element of probability in Dr. E's theory.

If human remains were to be liquified and diluted with water and then added to a mixture of portland cement and aggragate, could the DNA within the hardened concrete still be aquired after 30 years?
