Joined: 12 Jul 2006 Posts: 104	I made a typo in my last posting,we raised $20thousand this by 200 members each giving $100 so not enough to to buy out the ufcw but one hell of a wake call for them, they even made improvements in the pension plan, in order for big business unions to survive they need membership aperthy,so like life we learn to take little steps then big ones, we started with little steps, now is the time for big ones, go to your meetings ask questions, and do not allow the unionnow types to either intimidate or put you off, that is also part of union stratagy, divide and conquer, now is the time to unite and demand answers

For some reason, there seems to be some misinformation floating around town today that their first day in court is really the following day - July 27th (go figure). But I called the courthouse and it's confirmed: CCWIPP Boys Play Old City Hall Court Wednesday, July 26 60 Queen Street West (Queen St. W. @ Bay St.) Courtroom C Toronto Doors open at 9:00 a.m. The boys (and Lucy) may or may not be there in the flesh as this is only the first of what promises to be many appearances. However, uncharted will be there to get the latest and report back on the courtroom drama as it unfolds. Stay tuned. At future court dates (where attendance is mandatory) you might even get to see the investment gurus rockin' in their first video - I hear the working title is "Doin' the Perk Walk". _________________ Time is on the side of the oppressed today, it's against the oppressor. Joined: 12 Jul 2006 Posts: 104	still checking, Contacts in Ont.have told me through the grapevine,the latest breaking news is# the ufcw gated community in Port Charlotte,Florida, now home to many ex Canadian ufcw inaugaral ccwipp organisers is starting a new airline called the pig out express, the boys are feeling the pinch with the American economy moving up, expenses are high and they are trying to maintain there living standard, so they built a small airstrip to fly them to the Bahamas,and Caymans, to arrange their ccwipp pension supplement, Sorry Bob hope you get to keep the boat////

The whole thing was over in a matter of seconds. Another date set so that some "matters can be spoken to". I'm sure the CCWIPP boys (and Lucy) will do their utmost to drag this out in the hope that it will go away. Hey, who knows, the world might come to an end, another ice age, global meltdown, alien attack ... any-f**king-thing! Please make it stop! I gathered from the hushed voices and low-low key approach by the CCWIPP shyster, that the boys (and Lucy) are trying to keep things low profile. Oh well, that ain't gonna work. Til Sept. 16th CCWIPP boys (and Lucy). It was a good thing your case got dealt with quickly. Joined: 29 Jan 2006 Posts: 1219 Location: Toronto	Oh they wouldn't let us use those in the courtroom once in a million years but there's a world of other good footage that can be had - the whole "perp walk" scene out front, the nervous question-dodging, "no comment - we've got no comment", as well as a number of good location shoots that we have in mind here in the GTA and out your way as well (hey, how about an interview?). We've been told that the audio is everything in a professional looking video and you pretty much need one of these higher end cams to get the needed sound quality. _________________ Time is on the side of the oppressed today, it's against the oppressor. Joined: 12 Jul 2006 Posts: 104	Many years ago, a tech friend bugged the regional office, so when the union rep met with the Co.we could eaves drop,not that we could hear very well or tape, but we knew what was being said,it helped us with grievances that where filed, and other issues, the only reason I am telling this now is that you must use all possible way,s to gather information, the ufcw ,s only weakness is the threat to deceritfy or that there is a mole in there midst,when you realize that the ufcw is a totally corrupt organization, and members will, it takes time, then you use all available means to bring them down,I read the views on this website and feel the exasparation, but you have come a long way, the secret is do not give up the fight, I did but when I read this website I know we will win, and when we do you will still be the shit disturbers(sound familiar) but if no one stands up there is no opposition, some one fought for us,it is your turn now. good luck
