Since this link, Sanders has gone on to Denver and 5,500 folks showed up at that event. He's drawing larger and larger crowds.

Wouldn't it be really nice to have some one in place that is not an ass kisser and really cares about people and justice and democracy and sees how things really should be. Read his history (activism and arrest record).

This was just awesome. No wonder so many people love Sander's message.

The opening minutes of the July 1st rally was a classic #FeelTheBern moment, delivered to a 10,000 person crowd, the largest of any 2016 presidential rally so far.

Republicans Welcomed Bernie Sanders to Wisconsin By Calling Him an Extremist. His Response? Perfect.

AFL-CIO leader tries to quell pro-Sanders revolt

The labor federation’s rules don’t allow its state and local leaders to endorse presidential candidates, Richard Trumka says as the Vermont senator surges.

By Brian Mahoney

Excerpt:

Richard Trumka has a message for state and local AFL-CIO leaders tempted to endorse Bernie Sanders: Don’t.

In a memo this week to state, central and area divisions of the labor federation, and obtained by POLITICO, the AFL-CIO chief reminded the groups that its bylaws don’t permit them to “endorse a presidential candidate” or “introduce, consider, debate, or pass resolutions or statements that indicate a preference for one candidate over another.” Even “‘personal’ statements” of candidate preference are verboten, Trumka said.

Did Trumka just mention BYLAWS,.....

Kinda makes you wonder "if" the AFL-CIO "may" have "multiple sets" of Bylaws to reference, depending on the set of circumstances????

Reminds me of the following,....

Just wondering,??????

Was Jesus a Liberal or a Conservative? A Socialist or a Conservative? Gee, I think the bible says Jesus said it would be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get into heaven. Yes?

Bernie Sanders’ campaign for president is drawing impressive crowds to rallies across the country—from 7,500 in Burlington, Vermont, to 300 in Birmingham, Alabama.

And it’s no wonder that many union members are part of this groundswell of support, or that he’s already won endorsements from a number of locals and support resolutions from the Vermont and South Carolina AFL-CIOs.

“It would be hard to find many other elected leaders in state or national office who have supported the issues of working families, working people, the working poor, and workplace justice any more than Senator Sanders,” said nurse Mari Cordes, a member of Vermont’s Teachers (AFT) local.

You(se) definitely could do worse but I don't see Bernie picking Hilary off as the dem candidate for pres.

(by 'worse' I'm referring to the entire republican line-up of right wing clowns)

WOW. Bernie wins S. Carolina labor endorsement. Also, you will find a link to contribute. I think everybody should contribute something. He's really shaking things up and saying things that need to be said. Buy a mug or some tee shirts, too. Win or lose, he's saying things that must be said. Contribute something.
