THE OTHER SHOE IS READY TO DROP!
2012 will be a year for the record books. It will be the year that everyone of us will awaken to the true nature of this economic crisis. There is evidence of recession all around us. The full extent of which is played down by the mainstreem media. For example railway traffic as measured in trailers and containers is down year over year all across North america. U.S. Rail traffic down 9.3% Canada down 9.8% Mexico is down 15.2% Gross Demistic Product calculations are a travesty distorted by use of hedonics. The U.S. GDP is artifically lifted by a whopping 2.257 Trillion in hedonic adjustments making GDP over reported by 22%. Houseing is permanently crippled and cannot digest the under reported 1.6 million homes when infact the number of homes off of the market in overhang invertory is closer to 10 million as reported on NakedCapitalism at www.nakedcapitalism.com/2012/01-michael-olenick-10-million-shadow-inventory-says-housing-market-is-a-long-way-from-the-bottom.html TALK OF RECOVERY IS ORWELLEAN! Ann Barnhardt confirmed the COMEX is going into obscurity and irrelevance as compliance departments have widely banned participation at the COMEX as it is no longer a credible market place. The COMEX paper price discovery system has become a joke. The Banker, Economic,and Political leaders have not pursued reform and remedy in any remote sense. THEIR ONLY TOOL LEFT IS HYPER INLFATION! Italy has imposed Capital Controls by limting withdrawls to 10,000 Euros with currency sniffing dogs at the borders as Italy leads the world toward Fascism to control the masses. JP MORGAIN IS RUNNING OUT OF OPTIONS.
As the COMEX days are numbered JP Morgain needs to balance its SHORT POSITION in SILVER befor the price of Silver gets away from them. JP Morgains era of Silver price suppression are coming to an end. They need to balance their Short position befor the COMEX defaults. They orcastrated margin calls on 3 occasions last year and managed to reduce their NAKED SHORT POSITION to 15,000 contracts from 40,000 contracts. The public is now catching on to this criminal manipulation and as a result the public now rushes in every time the price of Silver goes down and JP Morgain is unable to get out of their SHORT POSITION at a profit. as a result they need to eat the loss and if they can not do this befor the price rises above its april 2011 high of $49.50 the loss may become un-manageable. SPROTT Asset Management has comitted itself to a massive physical Silver purchace for 2012 causing additional upside presure along with the Federal Reserves announcement to keep interest rates at around "0" until almost 2015. All of this points to a much higher price for Silver in 2012. WHAT IS REALLY BEHIND THE BEATING OF WAR DRUMBS AGAINST IRAN?
If America is really worried about Iran developing nuclear capeabilites why do they give rogue nations such as North Korea and Pakistan a pass? Could it be that Iran is now accepting payment for oil in GOLD from India? China is expected to follow India's move. 40% of Irans oil is exported to India and China. Russia and Iran are setteling transactions in curriences other than the U.S. Reserve Currency Petro Dollar! This is an overt challange to the Reserve Currency Statis of the American dollar. WHY THE BANKERS WILL NOT ALLOW RON PAUL TO BECOME PRESIDENT UNTIL THE BANKERS ARE READY FOR A GOLD STANDARD.
If Ron Paul becomes President, he intends to audit the Gold at Fort Knox and then RIP the Federal Reserve A NEW ONE. Lets hope that America's Gold is still there. If not, there will be an outright PANIC as Americas way of life would switch back to something like an OLD WESTERN MOVIE. That would be great for the enviroment but the I WANT IT NOW types would fine it very hard to cope with. MF Global was a test to see just how much OVERT WEALTH CONFISCATION the public would put up with as the FASEIST BUSINESS MODEL takes form. The G-20 Governments and the International Banking Cartel have created a mass illusion in the nature of money, that has been in place for so long, that it is truly shocking that a con this simple is so hard for the average person to see. The masses are waking up to this con not because of critcal thinking but instead because their financial situation is becoming so bleak that they are forced to confront what has been infront of them all of their lives. Reality is finally catching up with the masses in that we have been living in a fools paridise and it is only because we are only months away from a systemic collapse that it is now starting to dawn on the masses that we have been played. The best evidence that the end is near for all FIAT currencys is the fact that interest rates are so low. In a preverse way this is saying that FIAT currency has no value and the Banking Cartel is so desperate to expand their BOGUS DEBT on the public that they are willing to give you the FIAT currency for free just to get to your assets that secure the loan. If the Government is the only one buying the BANKER CARTEL BONDS when the system crashes. Who will oun the assets backing the bonds? THEY ARE BOTH ADDICTIVE! What is going on in todays global economy has been played out befor. Marco Polo told tails of FIAT currency in 12th century China. So it is safe to say that China knows a thing or two about paper money. I often try to look to history to figure out what is going on today. Back in the 1800's trade imbalances were settled with Silver. the "CRIME OF 1873" put an end to that and it caused great poverty in China as a result. The Wizard of OZ was about the Crime of 1873. The Opium Wars were referenced in the Wizard of OZ when Dorthey and her Gang fell asleep in a field of Poppies. Befor the Crime of 1873, England had a huge trade imbalance with China to the tune of 9 billion ounces. To correct this imbalance, England forced massive amounts of Opium into China. This action forced China to open its borders to the West. Within a few years England flooded the East with cheap machine made products. This collapsed the Chinese economy and unemployment skyrocketed, riots broke out, social insurection, and chaos insued. At this point China realised that they must learn from the West. What they learned is how to get the West addicted to cheap goods for FIAT Currency. Now the West must settle this Trade inbalance and China does not want worthless paper. Today it is 16 TRILLION. We have to go back to basics.
Another words under a barter system when real things traded back and forth. This is a very combersom process so paper certificates were created to smooth things along. In order to keep things running smoothly these paper certificates had to be above reproach. If someone wanted to give you credit they would do so accordingly to your ability to make good on the credit. Today we are ingaging in preditory credit practices to indebt the borrower to the point that the borrower is being inslaved. This is why USERY is banned in most religious systems. To add insult to injury the credit that is given to you is worthless paper but the borrower is in so much debt that they can not challenge you on this point especially when the creditor owns a gun bigger than yours. Todays creditors are no different than loan sharks that keep giving you more credit as long as you keep paying the VIG [interest]. When you can no longer pay the vig they take a finger to incourage you to try harder. When you run out of fingers they make you an offer you can't refuse.
