Wow, we need some like that in the USofA! I met a couple good ones at the NLRB in SF but they didn't have the clout to over rule their boss in DC.

sorry, I was responding to Rose Knows on the Debtor's Revolt thread. Must have pushed the wrong tab. If you want I can dig the papers out of the basement and name names. The fact is the law is solvent and malleable to the purposes of those in charge of the administration of the "law". My impression was that the NLRB in San Francisco put together a lengthy case which was swept aside by the boss in Washington, DC. The "law" belongs to those who can afford it, or afford representation, which goes back to my assertion that if it is too complicated; it is a false hope. Such as what LaborNotes promotes. To make trouble without a safety net of legal protection is a sure road to martyrdom. I have their books listing and claiming my rights as a union dissenter, but the bottom line is the UFCW has membership money to throw at lobbyists and attorneys. I don't.
