If ultimately successful then it would be nothing less than legislated unionism no - a middleman organization. I can't imagine ufcw giving this one up anytime soon. It looks not surprisingly like the last kick at ufcw's survival can. And In the long haul I'm guessing success hinges on what coveted member rights big biz wants back and that ufcw has left to hock.
