If the countless reports are correct, the big money players (system manipulators) may have scared even themselves with their latest system-inflicted economic collapse. They'll still be able to pocket real (public) money and scoop up public resources at cut-throat prices over the duration of the recession but with public awareness picking up speed maybe not so much as they anticipated going in.
