Joined: 06 Jul 2008 Posts: 131 Location: Toronto	The retirees claim was filed at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Toronto, on December 29, 2006. Seven months earlier, the Supreme Court of Canada decision Biasaillon v Concordia University was issued on May 18, 2006. Wm pasz - Since your story of May 2007, " A Legal Letdown in CCWIPP Class Action." have you done a follow up or plan to do a follow up on the retirees' case.
